Terms of Sale

4.1 Overview

These Terms of Sale govern all purchases of online and in-person training courses offered by Sonia Sudak Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

4.2 Services

We provide professional nail-training courses delivered online and in-person.
Details of each course, including price and description, are displayed on our website.

4.3 Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

• Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

4.4 Online Courses

• Access is granted upon successful payment.

• All online courses are sold on a one-time purchase basis with lifetime access (unless otherwise stated).

• Due to the nature of digital content, no refunds are available once access has been provided.

4.5 In-Person Courses (Updated)

• A place is reserved only upon receipt of full payment.

• Cancellations received at least 14 days before the scheduled course date will be refunded, subject to a £50 administrative fee, which covers booking and processing costs.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the course date or for non-attendance.

4.6 Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course for reasons beyond our control (e.g. illness, insufficient enrolment).
In such cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

4.7 Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, manuals and resources remain the intellectual property of Sonia Sudak Ltd.
They are provided solely for personal learning purposes and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

4.8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonia Sudak Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or materials.

4.9 Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

4.10 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute.

4.11 Earnings and Results Disclaimer

Sonia Sudak Ltd makes no guarantees regarding individual results or potential income arising from participation in any of our training programmes, courses, or materials.
All products and services provided are for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained on this website, in our courses, or in any of our content shall be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings, career advancement, or professional outcomes.
Any examples, testimonials, or results shared are illustrative of individual experiences and should not be considered typical or guaranteed.

Your success depends on your personal effort, skills, experience, and dedication. You are solely responsible for your own progress, results, and business decisions.
